Reckful , who complains about Twitch often is given almighty powers  the ability to ban whoever he wants - to teach him how difficult it is to run Twitch.
When Barry gets banned he loses it, complaining that Twitch is treating him poorly. Soon after, God (Twitch Staff) actually contacts Reckful and offers him all of his powers if he thinks he can do a better job. Reckful accepts and goes on a spree, using his new-found abilities for selfish, personal use until he realizes that the prayers of the chat are going unanswered.
